About the Speaker

Delphi Medina, LCSW-S, LCDC, CSAT-S, CDWF - Senior EAP Account Representative – UT Health Science Center at Houston, received her undergraduate degree from UTMB at Galveston in Health Care Administration and her Master of Social Work from The University of Houston. Her career in the addictions and mental health field began in 1994. She became interested in EAP work in 2005 and pursued her higher education so she could attain employment in this field. Delphi specializes in behavioral addictions and has extensive experience in chemical addictions. She has been trained by well known professionals in the addiction field such as Patrick Carnes, Pia Mellody, Rob Weiss, & Terence Real. She was hired in August 2010 w/ UT Health Houston.
